1996-2004…Technology Industry
In 1996 I started a technology company eventually called Elocal Network Inc (“eLocal”). The company provided technology services to internet, cable, and phone companies. Our most influential clients and partners were Yahoo, Microsoft, British Telecom, ATT Cable (known as Comcast), and Motorola. Elocal grew to over 100 employees and we had offices in Montana, California, Utah, and Texas.
1998-Current…Construction and Land Development
In 1998 I partnered with a business partner in the land development and construction industry. Over the years I created groups of development professionals, full-service consulting firms serving clients throughout United States, Canada, and Europe we created 'one-stop shopping' experience for the development and construction industries, including turn key pre-construction services ranging from due diligence, soft cost budgeting and scheduling through complete project design and permitting.
Most of the time we did not replace, but rather coordinate the services of our clients architect, engineer, surveyor and other professionals with the governing municipality and appropriate utility companies.
My partners and myself assist clients with virtually any type and size development venture including single and multi-family residential, hospitality, professional and medical office, health care, industrial, retail, entertainment and mixed use.
2000-Current…Professional Strategic Business Consultant
Over the years I have consulted over 400 businesses and individuals in personal finance, mortgage finance, debt restructure, and strategic personal and business planning. This has been a rewarding and enlightening experience for me throughout my business career.
